Why my NX1 Bluetooth Car Kit always says “Connecting” and “Disconnected” ? How to solve it ?
Answer ,
Our NX1 Bluetooth Car Kit can store connection information for 8 Bluetooth devices maximum.
So we need to clear connection device information manually and reconnect our Bluetooth devices.
Steps as below,
1. Power ON our NX1 Bluetooth Car Kit
2. Long press the ” VOL + ” and ” VOL – ” at the same time for 12 seconds
3. Release the buttons when you hear “du.du.”
4. Connect your bluetooth device again
Question 2 ,
Why the “ON/OFF” switch can not “POWER ON/OFF” ?
Answer ,
Because the “ON/OFF” button is not for “POWER ON/OFF”,
It is for ” Vibration sensor ON/OFF “.
Our device have 3 ways to “Power OFF”
1. It will automatically power off (sleep mode) in 5 minutes (without vibration)
2. Hold “call” key for 12 seconds. till it say “goodbye”
3. Short press the “call ” ” + ” ” – ” 3 buttons at the same time.
Our device have 2 ways to “Power ON”
1. When the ” Vibration sensor ” is ” ON ” , just shake our device to power ON.
2. Short press ” call ” button to power ON

How to connect with 2 Mobile phones ?
Answer ,
Please follow the steps as below ,
1. Please successfully connect “NX1” to the first phone
2. Turn off Bluetooth on the first phone to disconnect
3. Please successfully connect “NX1” to the second phone
4. Long Press “Calling” Button for 12 seconds to Power OFF “NX1”
5. Turn on Bluetooth on the first phone again
6. Power ON “NX1”
7. Automatically complete 2 mobile phone Bluetooth connections
Question 4 ,
When using the navigation sound, get an incoming call , why the sound volume become louder or lower after answering it ?
Answer ,
Because the calling volume is controlled by the ” Calls ” and navigation volume is controlled by ” Media ” in your phone volume settings.
So you can modify the settings in your phone to let the sound more comfortable.
And on our device , long press “+” to volume up , long press “-” to volume down.

Will my items be sent in one package?

Order cancellation
